HOW DO I GET A SIX PACK? This is one of the most common questions I am asked.  Here is my response!

  1. Your core (abs) must be trained AT LEAST once a week for growth (like every other muscle);
  2. You must incorporate resistance (weights) in your core training to stimulate growth (like every other muscle);
  3. You must work your core from every angle (upper, lower and obliques);
  4. Most importantly, in order to make them visible, you must lean out.  Hence the term, “Abs are made in the kitchen”
  5. Lastly, as with everything else, time, consistency and an “On Point” nutrition plan are key.

I will provide the plan, you provide the discipline and work. You dream it, together we will achieve it!
