HOW DO I GET A SIX PACK? This is one of the most common questions I am asked. Here is my response!
- Your core (abs) must be trained AT LEAST once a week for growth (like every other muscle);
- You must incorporate resistance (weights) in your core training to stimulate growth (like every other muscle);
- You must work your core from every angle (upper, lower and obliques);
- Most importantly, in order to make them visible, you must lean out. Hence the term, “Abs are made in the kitchen”
- Lastly, as with everything else, time, consistency and an “On Point” nutrition plan are key.
I will provide the plan, you provide the discipline and work. You dream it, together we will achieve it!
